Our Wedding Cakes
Your wedding cake is more than just a cake: it’s a centrepiece, a talking point and a part of your day that will live on in photographs forever. Every detail matters, and that’s why wedding cakes require a very different level of care, time and expertise.
Wedding cakes are not priced higher simply because they have the word wedding in front of them. They reflect the additional planning, precision, and attention to detail that goes into creating a cake worthy of such an important occasion.
Each wedding cake is finished in white chocolate ganache, rather than buttercream. This provides a beautifully smooth, luxurious finish while also offering greater stability — particularly important for cakes on display for long periods and during warmer months.
With all eyes on the cake, I take extra time at every stage to ensure it is flawless, cohesive with your wedding styling, and finished to the highest standard.

The Process
Initial Enquiry
We will begin by gathering key information, including:
-
Your wedding date
-
Estimated number of guests
-
A brief idea of your style or vision
From this, a rough guide price is provided.
Securing your date
If you’d like to proceed, a £100 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. Once your date is secured, your cake is officially booked in.

Design Consultation
A detailed consultation is arranged via Zoom, typically 6–8 months before your wedding. This is where we really get into the details. We’ll discuss:
-
Cake design and styling
-
Colour palette
-
Florals and décor
-
Flavour choices
-
Venue, backdrop, and cake placement
This ensures your cake feels completely in keeping with your day.
Design & Proposal
After the consultation, I’ll review everything discussed and create a design proposal. This may include design options and a sketch, moodboards, allowing you to visualise the final cake before anything is confirmed.

Final Details & Payment
Once the design and all details are finalised, a final invoice is issued. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date.
Every wedding cake is created with care, precision, and pride — because it’s not just a cake, it’s part of your story.

Pricing & Portions
Our Pricing
Wedding cakes are individually designed, so final pricing will depend on size, design complexity, and finishing details. However, to help with planning, the following guide prices apply:
-
Single-tier wedding cakes
Minimum order from £250 -
Two-tier wedding cakes (serving approximately 60 portions)
Minimum order from £500
These prices reflect the additional time, care, and expertise involved in creating a wedding cake, as well as the use of white chocolate ganache for a luxurious and stable finish.
A personalised quote will be provided following your initial enquiry.

Portion Sizes
Typically wedding cakes are portioned into wedding sized portions which are 1 inch by 1 inch by the height of the cake approximately 3.5 inches.
You can portion the pieces larger if you prefer or serving for dessert. Or if you’d like extra cake for the days after your wedding then I can also take this into account too.
Because our cakes are made fresh you can freeze any leftover cake for 3 months.

Non Traditional Wedding Cakes & Dessert Tables
Not every couple wants a traditional tiered wedding cake — and that’s absolutely fine.
Alongside classic wedding cakes, we also create non-traditional wedding centrepieces, including:
-
Stacks of brownies or blondies
-
Dessert tables featuring a selection of sweet treats
-
A combination of a small cutting cake with additional desserts for guests
We’ll work with you to design a setup that complements your wedding style, colour palette, and overall vision, while still feeling cohesive and beautifully presented.
Whether you’re looking for something relaxed and informal or styled to make a statement, we can help create the perfect dessert display for your day.
